Miscellaneous character classes include rogues (characters with enhanced stealth), rangers (characters with enhanced outdoors abilities) and bards (characters with ability to influence others with their personality and entertainment abilities (e.g., acting, storytelling, music)

Bards are charismatic performers who are skilled at befriending or captivating the attention of a person or crowd. Bards may be any type of performer: musician, actor, comedian, street performer (such as a magician or circus performer), etc.

Most bardic abilities last for as long as the player is able to keep up the performance. Generally, the bard's performance is considered to have ended 10 seconds after the player stops performing.

The bard says in a loud voice (though not a shout), “By my voice, enthrall.” While the bard is performing, anyone who was able to clearly hear the “By my voice” call is drawn into the performance and must continue to watch peacefully (as if under the influence of a calm spell) until the performance ends.
